I could check devices connected and boost or block devices, Now nothing works just billing, contract updates and advertising and everything that already is on Vodafone app. I used this app to control my home WiFi and now that option is goneš¤¬ |

| 2025-01-27 |  | | Cannot connect to ultra hub, keeps saying to do a firmware update, which I have done, or to restart the app neither worked. Also tried restarting my phone and the router and still no luck. The app worked fine on my previous vodafone router which I've had for a few years |
| 2025-01-26 |  | | Since the Ultrahub was launched as an upgrade I have had nothing but trouble. The control App does not work so I have no way of seeing what devices are connected and how good the signal is. I am sure this is a scam so you can't make a claim on the speed guarantee. I have contacted Vodafone several times but still no resolution. |

What it doesn't do is (1) allow full wi-fi control to be handed back to the Ultra Hub's web UI (2) allow a wireless on/off schedule, a feature of my previous Vodafone hub, to be set up or (3) allow the WPS button on the hub, which I regard as a security risk, to be disabled. |
| 2025-01-15 |  | | Seems to work intermittently. I, too, have had issues since upgrading, like others have. As a last resort I deleted the app, reinstalled it and repaired my router with the app and it would appear to be working again. I just hope this has finally resolved the problem. |
| 2025-01-12 |  | | Not been able to use this since upgrading to FTTP (full fibre) broadband. App won't work as it claims it's not connected to the internet when it clearly is (laptop works fine!) I also noticed that I can no longer see the Guest WiFi channel. I wanted to use the app to see what was wrong with Guest WiFi, but I can't. Grrrr! |

Meant to have a tile to add the pro booster yet no tile available. App needs a huge overhaul to allow advanced changes to wifi or whats the point of claiming it as "Smart wifi" |

In otherwords you cannot turn off your kids access to the Internet without also turning off the main wifi...get a grip vodafone this is basic parental control, which EE, BT etc all include. The rest of the app is OK, but its very limited. Using a laptop still does not fix the basic parental problem. |
| 2025-01-11 |  | | If you're thinking of installing this app to overcome the many bugs in the router, don't bother. The password-change bug in the router's web UI can be overcome [very non-intuitively] by moving the cursor to the left edge of the input box *after* enering the new password. So that leaves no purpose for this pointless app. |
