Very unreliable app. 1) Retrieving codes to open the COMFORTbox is the most frustrating part. The app crashes, or shows a notification for new parcel but doesn't display the code itself. One has to force close the app several times until the code is displayed. 2) The app keeps disconnecting from the sks system. 3) either I get 3 notifications at once for a new parcel or I don't get any. Very random...
