Used to be AMAZING. There are too many mistakes now for me not to note it. Tonight, I placed an order. The app said the driver was outside for 20 minutes. Call the call center to make sense of all this. Turns out the driver never left the warehouse. They then say they will deliver my order with another driver...they then cancel the order and boom my item is suddenly out of stock....nice.

Mutinta Simelane, 2024-12-15I ordered today and by mistake putu home address while I was at work, u called in so they can cancel the order, they did but now the refund is not there under Zulzi wallet since I paid using my card, and yesterday oke of the drivers didn't put my charge on Zulzi wallet. Your app is very difficult especially when we need to complain

Nobuhle Welkom, 2024-11-12Zulzi deserves a bigger star rating than 3.2, where it's currently at. Firstly, there isn't even another delivery service that you can get medicine even late at night. Every time I have had an issue, customer service was really helpful. Maybe don't attack the reps from the get-go just because you're frustrated. I hated how we couldn't remove medical aid information, etc, and asked about it... they actually updated it and made it much better to use. I love the isles they added now.
