Heidi Duffy, 2024-11-20The app is super limited because it is only for messaging. That's in the description so I can't fault Voxie, but it would be nice if I at least had full access to my contacts as well. For example, if a customer wants to be removed from marketing, I cannot change that preference in the app. I also don't receive notifications for texts through Voxie. All notifications for the app are on, but it's still not working. The app fails to load most of the time. I'm switching back to the web version.
