Today is Sept 1 2022 and at the moment since Verizon bought TracFone the app has malfunctioned to the point of being not usable buuuuuutttttttt....... You paid for this in plan and should be fixed ASAP! We love service but only when it's working, and I will change rate as soon as you fix issue. Thanks
