I blocked notifications and even turn the sound off on my phone. I'm a dispatcher, why am I getting the notification sound still randomly? Like, I do have to sleep at some point but it makes it difficult when my phone is constantly going off even though I've blocked the app from doing just that in the first place. I basically have to uninstall and reinstall the app everyday so it's not going off when I'm not working.

It's coming up on about 10 months since Ive reached out to them (numerous times) informing them that everytime you open a call, to edit anything, your tax bracket changes itself to the first tax bracket you have set in the list of counties you have. It's a big problem, incorrect amounts are being charged daily, cause all to often you forget to constantly scroll down and change the tax rate every time you open the call. Still no fix.
