Pictures of items displayed in order history is a nice touch.

App frequently crashes and has loading issues.
Inability to save searches and filter options.
Complicated navigation with issues in search functionality.
Poor quality control and item descriptions.
Rude or unhelpful customer service.

Recent reviews

Doesn't let you save searches which is really annoying. Everytime I leave the app and then come back I have to start my search over including choosing all of the filters and refine options because they don't ever stick. Also doesn't let you save sizes. I don't know why they designed the app like this. It is inconvenient to use.

Love the site, but the app is awful. In order to browse the site on my phone, I deleted the app. It limits the saved searches to just one page, makes you sign in every time you want to use it, and does not allow the use of a password safe. Super painful for an app that should promote a good customer experience.
