They sent me a broken TV, sent another one, it was also broken because fedex put it in their truck upside down. Now I'm stuck with the second one because they won't pick it up yet telly keeps emailing me asking for the same info over and over. That massive TV has been taking up an insane amount of room for over a month. Fedex came out twice to get it but didn't have the room either time and I haven't heard anything else in weeks. Telly Support even stopped messaging me back.

Finally got my tv after waiting like 2 years. Unboxed it and found out the main screen was broken during transit. Contacted support with pics, waiting for reply. Will remain 1 Star until this is resolved
