All of a sudden, keep losing doctors and having to be transferred to other doctors and go through the learning curve all over again. Use to have the same doctors, and they get to know you and and you gain confidence in them. The emergency room is horrible in every way, from check-in to sitting for hours when you're sent by STLukes ergent care center with heart issues and calling to advise ER. But you sit with no care for hours, the docs in treatment rooms are cold, unfriendly.
