I have scheduled an appointment for the staff to come and unfortunately, i have more important thing come up. Tried to reshedule via the link given in the sms. It went all over the place except for rescheduling page. Why cant the link, be actually linked to the rescheduling page instead? I tried to check under maintenance, and didnt even have maintenance scheduled?
