Mail not coming from them to verify my email but without it, i cannot use the charging station. My hotel has this charger but we could not use the charger.

App is very buggy and do not respond 8 times out of 10. It should be more tech savvy and fast. Work should b done on it to make it more user friendly and connection should be very fast. It hangs a lot. Update Concern authority is not responding strange.
