"I had a confirmed booking for lash extensions through Shinecode, but no one showed up at my appointment. When I contacted them via WhatsApp, they claimed they were fully booked and didn’t have my location, even though my booking was confirmed on the Shinecode app with my location included. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Their service is very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend using Shinecode for any bookings. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!"

It's like pot luck!...Not happy with this service at all. It ended up costing me more money to get my eyelashes removed and redone, even after I explained to them I was not happy.
