I love the rewards and use them daily, but just shopping using your loyalty credentials in-store isn't enough to earn rewards (i.e. buy 5 and 6th one free, gasoline discounts, etc.). I'm giving a low score because they limit rewards benefits to solely having the app on your phone. Apps eat up memory and bloat devices to the point of slowing down screen toggling and primary applications you have the device for.

They used to have a lot of deals that added extra reward points, but in the last month or two, there haven't been very many items that give extra points. I loved being able to build up points throughout the month and then have a way to get free snacks at the end of the month when my funds ran low. Maybe it's just on items I like, or they will have more next month? I hope to be able to build enough points again without it taking 3 or 4 months.
