Zero stars. Had the refrigerator for over 6 years. Wifi set up and then it failed after a few months and could not be set up. A few years later tried again, it set up successfully and lasted around a year, then failed again. Now trying to set it up and it tells me, after going through entire login process with human valdiation checking pictures (which obviously only works over internet) that I am not on a network or cellular. This is with sears login. Using Amazon login is a total failure also.

G G, 2024-03-109/23 Thought I'd try once more with my new phone. You really really really do not want people to use this app. That captcha is dreadful! Blurry photos possible bikes in the background? When I finally thought I mastered it, *network error* 🤦♀️ The machine is great, the app not so much. I've tried it on two phones now and it just tells me my machine is offline. It worked sporadically at first then quit altogether. I found it extremely useful when it did work! I miss it tremendously
