User reviews
Multiple reviews highlight poor app stability, slow user interface, and buggy behavior especially with door lock and widget functions. Users complain about frequent forced logins due to short session expiration, and the shift to a subscription model that disables products after cancellation has caused frustration. Despite these issues, the app's notifications and basic device controls work well and recent updates have made some usability improvements. Users desire more streamlined biometric login, better automation options, and less reliance on web-based settings.
Pros
- Notifications work well and are reliable.
- The app provides useful features such as widgets and biometric login options (though buggy).
- Recent updates have improved usability and features compared to older versions.
- The app supports integration with home security devices and offers control over alarms and locks.
- Good customer support was mentioned by a user after reinstall helping fix a problem.
Cons
- App instability and bugs after updates, especially with door lock/unlock functions and widgets not refreshing properly.
- The UI is slow, cluttered, and often redirects to broken or slow web pages for settings.
- Frequent login/session expiration issues requiring repeated logins making the app frustrating to use.
- Subscription model limitations – devices become disabled after subscription cancellation, contrary to sales rep claims.
- Some key features require extra steps after recent updates, such as biometric prompts requiring additional clicks, causing user annoyance.

One of our fire devices started to flip and doing random fire alarm test so we had to take all down and shut then of. But in the app every device is green with status "All are working" except non are working since they do not even have batteries. Very reassuring!

Slow UI full of buttons that do nothing but take you a browser page with the message: "Something went wrong..." :/
