One of the dumbest apps ever! Updates while waiting in queue fail continually with strong tower connection. Says you have a 15 minute wait when it is actually HOURS!!! The app is constantly crashing!

What's the point of putting in a clock if the vendor can turn it off. My 88 minute wait time stopped at 44 minutes and has remained there for 6 plus hours. I'd rather just rip a paper number if they can stop the clock and make the app look faulty.
