I wouldn't deposit anything here if you live in the US! They let you create an account and fund it of course but section 13.3 in the ToS dictates not offering their services to "high-risk individuals or institutions" hence barring anyone from the US along with a couple others. Seems like an opportunity for loss and/or confiscation of one's money in my opinion especially for those that skip or skim the ToS's. Aside from that it DOES seem to be a feature-packed app. Shame we can't use it in US.
