This is fine to make sure you didn't miss anything but could be way more detailed. Like a place to imput water intake, create a food diary, what was worked for the workouts, and what book you are reading along with what pages and you could maybe journal or summarize it. Also, there is no way to enter in what you did if the day is past. I finished my 10 pages before bed and didn't check all sections yesterday so now it wants me to restart or show that I didn't finish day 2 of the challenge.

First day went fine, but the 2nd day it wouldn't let me log progress with out upgrading to premium. Don't like it. Guess I won't be moving on with this app.
