Worst service. Frauds. They can't claim all that they describe about themselves. They're agents are not in sync. Each person knows only what they are to do. If you give for alteration during delivery, forget about your dress. They will only respond until they receive money from you. After you pay them, they are least bothered if they do the alteration or not. The hassles of visiting a local trailer in person is way better than this service. Never ever use this app. Even 1 star is more.
