2024-09-22	Daniel Lee	Difficult to use, eg trying to open tab for sharing, icon at top corner is hard to activate. Colours of planner is full without much colour variations. Notation mark is small n doesn't jump out.
2023-10-25	Carl March	The Google calendar sync does not work. After doing the usual troubleshooting steps I was told it was a known issue. After a month I emailed back and they said it was resolved. Followed their steps and now I have triple the events on my google calendar and the syncing still does not work when you edit or change in the app. Big disappointment especially since I paid for the subscription to have the Google sync work and it hasn't since I bought the subscription months ago.
2023-09-25	Thomas Mule'	Horrible app, spent ~$12 for me to use the app and sync the shifts to my Google calendar. When I tried updating the shift schedule, it just pasted it over the old one, and then it did it again. Now, my Google calendar is a mess. I can't delete the shifts. It is set for years! I am pissed.
2023-05-02	Jen Mahon	I absolutely love this app. I've been using it for about 7 years. Its so easy to use. Not only keeps me on track with all my shifts, but also reminds me of appointments, birthdays and anything else I need to remember every day. I'd be totally lost without it. I've only had issues about 3 times in all the years I've been using it. Usually after an update of my phone. Each time the guys are pretty quick to fix it after I email them. Definitely the best app for shift workers.
2021-08-24	Jay	Quality app. Developers also listen to feedback and rectify any issues promptly. I have had this app for many years and rely heavily on it, so was recently devastated that an update broke the app and prevented me opening it. I emailed the developer and got a reply back the same day with a temporary work around solution. The app was then quickly repaired and updated by the team, bringing my app back to life. The communication from them throughout was brilliant, I can't fault them one bit. Xx
2021-08-22	Jamie Rickard	Genuinely impressed with the app but more importantly the customer service. For those that have uploaded their whole lives onto the app will understand that sinking feeling when the latest update causes the programme to crash. I was really worried, but an email to their support team (terrified it was just a spoof email and not looked at) was not only responded too straight away but the problem was identified, communicated with me and fixed within 24hrs. How can you argue with that?! Thank you!!
2021-08-22	Paul McGiffin	With the latest update there was a glitch that caused the app not to work. Contacted them. Within 24hrs, they had fixed the issue and texted me when there was a fix. Clearly these guys care about their product and their customers. It's a great product that just works, and if there is an issue, these guys are onto it. Impressive!
2021-04-04	Chris Smith	Update Apr 4 2021: Constantly forcing me to "restore my purchase". This app still sucks but, since I paid for it, I continue to hobble along with it. I've been a paid member since Oct, 2011. What did they do to this once fine app to cause paid customers to suddenly have to jump through hoops (unsuccessfully) to get it to work again? It has suddenly turned into a form of ransomware demanding I pay again to be able to use my data again.
2020-02-11	A Google user	I love this app, it keeps my husbands and my shifts straight. Did initially have some problems restoring my purchase when I switched phones and I could no longer sync to my Google calander. But with a few emails to support, all was fixed. I couldn't live without it. UPDATE: the latest update change, I didn't like the widget layout, but again, with an email to support to voice my grievance, they listen and made the change. Thank you myShitftWork support.
2020-02-05	A Google user	Omg you changed the appearance of the shifts on the calender They are no longer visible at a glance. Now there's a # in the corner indicating there's another shift on that day. Before I could look at it quickly & see both schedules. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD WAY or let me know how I can go back to the old way. Your app was different bc you could see each shift at a glance & now it's the same as the others. 2 stars for changing a standout feature. Also the sync feature is finally working.
