User reviews
HiZone App has received overwhelmingly negative reviews highlighting it as a scam with bot-driven fake profiles. Users are misled by a generous free trial only to face repeated charges for messaging, gifts, and profile completion. Many report unstable app performance, ineffective customer support, and deceptive practices forcing users to spend impulsively. In short, the app provides no genuine dating experience and wastes users' time and money.
Pros
Cons
- App is a scam designed to trick users into spending large amounts of money through multiple payments and in-app purchases.
- Majority of profiles and conversations are either bots or fake, leading to catfishing and artificial engagement.
- Key features such as messaging, viewing pictures, completing profiles, or seeing who liked you require expensive subscriptions or additional payments beyond the initial purchase.
- Free trial is misleading, ending abruptly often during promising conversations to pressure users into paying.
- App stability and support are poor, with frequent crashes, confusing location settings, lack of customer service response, and inability to fully delete accounts.

This is a scam to get you to spend money and nothing else. They actually generated a message saying that would freeze my conversation with someone unless I sent them 2 digital gifts. And I swear the must be double agents then push you to spend money. This is a Chinese company and the business model is simply to make people spend on impulse

This app is as close to actual theft as you can get online. I was dumb enough to buy an actual subscription and I immediately regret that. This app never actually shows a payment plan and what you get for it. It just leads you around from one charge to the next while someone pretends to be very interested in you. The hot women are probably guys since a text is as close as you will ever get to them. They just want you to constantly buy coins and recharge without clear guidelines. What a rip-off.
