2024-11-04 | It's a good app in the way that there isn't another option to use for the camera I have... so I have to use it to use the camera ... app itself is very glitchy. Crashes a lot. Also sometimes doesn't show me my camera, as if I have 0 devices. lol I need to get a new camera... 2 stars. | ||
2024-08-02 | Despite the camera I am using being 4G I can only connect to it using the app when my phone is connected to a WiFi network. The camera doesn't even have WiFi so I can only conclude it is the app causing the problem. I can connect to other 4g cameras using different apps with the same phone with no issues. | ||
2024-07-13 | So far I can't connect to my new router, I made sure to have an ssid that's 2.4 ghz and older security, all my other cameras and apps switched over just fine except this one. The app says there's a power button or slider there is not, app says there'll be a beep sound after you hold the reset button, there is not. I've pulled the batteries and reinstalled the app nothing works. | ||
2024-04-24 | I purchased three of these cameras, got Wi-Fi extenders to make sure my Wi-Fi was good, and they are totally useless. I get notification That there's motion detection when there's nothing there. When someone actually comes to my door, they don't pick it up . When I try to check The recordings, most of the time, they won't load and say try again later or the units say they're offline when my internet is working fine. Night vision recordings are mostly static with nothing real to see. | ||
2023-03-26 | The One Cam system worked fine for a good year. Then, unfavorable things started to happen. One of the batteries has stopped holding a charge so I have to keep it near an outlet. And now I can't even get the cams to pair with my android phone; firstly because I cant access that action, once I log in it goes immediately to add device. At this point nothing happens (just returns to 'add device'). Will not buy this product or anything from the company again. | ||
2023-02-06 | It's absolute garbage. The batteries have always only lasted barely a week and it takes TWO FULL DAYS with a fast charger to fully charge. I've had this thing for a year and a half. It doesn't take video at night anymore. The high sensitivity isn't hardly picking up anything anymore. It keeps telling me to format my SD card even though I've put in 3 different name brand ones of various sizes. The app itself is atrocious and I would never pay anything for cloud storage. 2022-11-08 | You switch off Night Vision (infrared) which is absolutely awful by the way, it still records in Night Vision, no way of keeping it switched off as when you exit the app HD and night vision comes on again, the clarity of video at night time on a streetlamp lit road is way better than the so called night vision. Battery life is not the stated 3 months its more or less 1 week, really 6 days because it takes 24 hours to recharge. For a budget security camera it's decent but the app needs work. | ||
2022-02-24 | Videos never actually catch what set the motion detection off. Half of the videos say file abnormal can not play. Was never an issue then all of a sudden 50% of videos are doing it. Just spend the extra money on a decent camera unless you want a recording of nothing as what set them off has come and gone. | ||
2022-01-29 | Edit: the app is now downgrading. Every time I have open and close video for 3 times to watch the live cam. Will revert rating to 5 stars once it's fixed. I already contacted through mails about this issue. However it remains unfixed. Original feedback- As expected Over all its working fine and does what it's supposed to do, with a scope of improvement. Giving 5*s to encourage the Developer to make it better. | ||
2022-01-26 | A good app and is well matched to the product but has 3 flaws. The flaws are: needs to start up on the last settings used like HD and sound enabled. The app buttons could be switches with hold to edit so quick tap to turn features on and off and lastly the ability to turn off the doorbell ring so visitors don't hear it when they press the button. Frame rate could be better but I think that's at the camera end.. |
