It's just over the top to suspend someone's acct access because they try to send money thru zelle but forgot to transfer from savings into checking. Why not do like other institutions and move it 4 them or how about tell us the funds are not in the right spot. Having a brain injury kind of causes memory issues for me but losing access makes bigger ones. Bad enuf every card transaction I make flags the fraud dept. Ridiculous.

The App seems like a forward approach to keeping things clean and simple while giving you the information that you need. It would be better if all people on the account were able to utilize alerts/info in the same manner, not just the Primary.
