Great app that works very well, I use it all the time to buy ZESA electricity tokens, airtime of all local networks, make zipit and internal transfers, and generate account statements and check my balance seamlessly, though I still don't understand why am I charged for checking my balance via the app, via text message I can I accept the charge but via the app, it should be free.

This app is continuosly saying it will be installed on your device but nothing is being installed.im disappointed eish.it can not be installed easly .I trusted it so much and now stuck .have transactions to do and worse still tried to visit my branch and the guy at the enquires is still new and he can't even explain.tried to send email and was told will come bec to u up to now .I tried again calling 460 but to no avail . We are your loyal clients but we ain't getting the help that we need .help
