2024-11-01 | This app used to be decent at best, now it's slow and utterly useless. Every single time maintenance begins I wish you luck in knowing your balance because they can't even do that correctly, it just loads and loads until eventually it tells you "We're having trouble." Yeah no duh, you must've got your entire IT team out of a nursing home with how ancient all of this feels. Nevada State Bank is not the app for anybody under fifty. If you have the option, go with literally any other bank. | ||

2024-08-22 | I haven't had a card since last August but get charge 9$ a month but don't even have to option to use my debit card. the tellers on Las Vegas Blvd are terrible and need to be retrained of coached in customer service, along with the manager on Flamingo. I've only received adequate help from the branch on Lake mead. I am very disappointed with my over all experience and I will be closing my account after my return hit. | ||

2023-11-24 | UPDATE 11-24-23: WOW they made it worse!!!!! Now you have to click on every transaction to see what it is cause it mostly show random letters that are the IDs for places. SERIOUSLY STOP FIXING THE PARTS THAT ARE GOOD AND FIX THE PARTS THAT NEED IT. ARE YOU THAT OUT OF TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS??? Wish it was little easier to navigate. Hate that expanding a transaction then trying to go back to all tranactions it kicks you back to begining | ||
2022-12-31 | Most of the times its a decent app, I don't like the OTP that I have to do EVERYTIME I log in given it's only supposed to just be a One Time Password not an Everytime Password. I'm just tired of deleting so many text messages because I have to send a code everytime I log in. It does all the other things I need which isn't really asking for much because I prefer the simple versions. | ||
2022-12-07 | Third review .Still can't do mobile deposit. Such a frustrating app Still same issue. Won't accept check images no matter how many times you tried. Never had issues before . I will rate this app LESS than zero if I can. With this new app it is not easy to make check mobile deposit. I gave up after a few times the app asked me to retake images. Never had this problem with the old app. That old app always worked very well. This means that I have to go to the bank to make a deposit (?) | ||
2022-07-05 | I've had this bank for 3 years and this app is trash. It locks me out of my account for no reason and it won't update email or billing address when I change them. I've had all kinds of other issues, especially with autopay. Customer support is nice, but I'm tired of talking to them. | ||
2021-08-13 | Transfers take forever, balances take days to update. Credit card account opens in external browser window and still doesn't show transaction details. Font is small, navigation is more complex, and it is slow to load. This is really just a skin for their website. If I wanted a web app, I would open it on the browser. I called customer support and they were no help. Old app was more accurate. | ||
2021-07-30 | First off, I do not like change but I do know I need to embrace advancement or be run over. My first issue with this app vs the last NSB app, is that I can't add a PIN to login instead of a password. And then mobile deposit seems to make you jump through hoops to get the deposit done. Sensitive to the pics?? Anyhow, otherwise I am getting used to it and it is more modern, makes transferring money between my accounts much easier and I will keep getting used to it. I do love NSB though! |
