I'm talking about CD accounts here. The app needs more improvements. It doesn't show anything else except for the balance and last 2 transactions. No details, no maturity information and options. It's very primitive. The most basic app you could imagine, maybe done by highschoolers or some amateurs. You can't directly message the bank staff either. It only shows contact email address and you have to use your own email app to communicate.

The app does not work well. I get error messages that my device is not recognized and have to reinstall. I get errors transferring money between my own accounts which works perfectly fine on a computer. I transferred my number to Zelle, allowed access to contacts, and it will not load the send page. It is one of the least functional banking apps I've ever used.
