My shopping experience has been amazing with this company. The customer service is second to none. The fabric quality is superb. My only problem has been in not quite knowing the exact sizes needed. I had to return two dresses. One for refund and one for exchange. The exchange is out for delivery now and I just notified them of the exchange 2 days ago. Moving forward, we will always order from Lulus. At a time when customer service is in the toilet with so many company's, Lulus is on top. Ty!

It would be nice if you could tap on sold out items in your cart and be taken to it just in general but also so that you can go and sign up for back in stock notifications. And, be able to save it for later maybe?
