There has been no help with tech support. The emails listed in the app support section and in the privacy notice section do NOT work. The feeder works great, but the app has crashed and will not reopen. I've even tried uninstalling it twice and restarting my phone, and still nothing helps. No updates are available. Tech support needs a valid email to be reached at and if they don't reach out after this 1 star review, then it solidifies my opinion. Hope this helps!

Update. A bug remains on this app so now we cannot access the Woppet F07 food dispenser. This did work but now fails since last update. The app had a bug so I can't open it now, could before. Therefore we can't change the timings of an existing device.
