User reviews
911 Operator offers a great simulation experience with addictive gameplay and educational value. However, multiple users report frustrations with repetitive content, game-breaking bugs, and a UI poorly optimized for mobile. Touch control issues and difficulty managing units when incidents are closely located detract from enjoyment. While expansions provide worthwhile additions, many complain about paid DLCs and lack of free updates. Overall, it's a fun concept with potential, but marred by technical issues and limited content.
Pros
- Great and unique concept of simulating a 911 operator with engaging gameplay.
- Addictive and fun gameplay with multiple emergency services to manage.
- Expansions and DLC add variety to the game and enhance replayability.
- Educational aspect providing insight into emergency response procedures.
- Ability to upgrade equipment and personnel adds depth to the game.
Cons
- Lack of sufficient content and repetitive calls make the game boring after some playtime.
- Numerous bugs and glitches, including freezing missions and issues with touch controls, impact playability.
- User interface is not user-friendly or well-adapted for mobile devices; cramped and difficult to navigate.
- Difficulties selecting incidents or units when calls are too close together on the map.
- Important features and functionalities are behind paid DLCs, with limited free updates or content.
- Controls and assignments can be frustrating, such as difficulty assigning units during crowded incidents and no option to continue interrupted transport.

Amazing game, great concept with great execution. The only problem is that there is a lack of content. And by lack of content, I mean lack of calls. After you play all the calls, it gets boring. And the only other way you can get more calls is by buying a paid dlc. Instead of just dropping the voice acting and adding hundreds of calls; they only have like 50. If they actually gave us free updates, then auto 5 star. Also you can't delete empty teams, and you need all teams full to start a game.

There are bugs in this game, issues that need to be resolved so it can be playable, they need to make the game more phone friendly UI. Feels like a mini pc game Cramed Into a phone app. Tutorial pretty useless, had to figure out most of the game myself, so many more features that weren't even explained. Feels like an unfinished game. Should rate it lower but other than that it's a fun game.
