Very bad way of doing an interview. The benefit of pre-recording an interview is that you can retake it as many times as you need. You get a single retake using this app, defeating the purpose entirely. This app makes the interview process more stressful and less candidate friendly, avoid at all costs. I had the option to do a traditional interview and seriously regret not taking it.

✨️Amazingly dehumanizing.✨️ I apply for a job that is about communicating with humans... and I get judged negatively because I can't make a tick tock video. I have no issue talking to another human during an interview... but watching myself while I stutter through a recorded video is maddening. I don't like being photographed or recorded because I'm not a terminally online selfie addict, and it probably cost me a job. Thanks, Corporate America 👍👍
