| 2023-07-16 |  | | Needs fixing. When going to "Create New" it only briefly tells me the condition of a house and when it next checks in. As the only carpet cleaner for a company with a rapid check-in rate, I have to know what I can do with the time allotted. We shifted from Breezeway to this. Please make your app more comprehensive and intuitive, not to mention responsive and what it's meant to do. |

I have reinstalled app twice without any improvement. Very frustrated! Thanks for your reply however, it's been over 2 years since I have tried using your app. I've moved on. |

| 2022-01-06 |  | | Does not deserve one star. Glitches make this software cumbersome and simple steps and tasks are slow and full of redundant irrelevant questions. The forms are organized by clients and they are never logical or efficient. For example vacant land, and then 60 questions about a house that is not there. Makes ZERO sense. Not a tool for productivity, a tool that wastes time and makes an easy process, completely NOT EASY. PLEASE, change the name to NotEZ. |
