The free version of this app does not include any tour routes. It will cost $4.99 to buy the route.

Totally dissapointed with the content provided. The information in the tour (at least the one I did, Hitler's Nuremberg) was nothing but short Wikipedia excerpts and info from public displays. In fact, the city of Nuremberg proposes the exact same tour with maps and info on different sights, which makes me think this is just a copy of this service by the tourist office.
