Sometimes works! Can not get fingerprint ID to work properly and half the time, neither does save ID! Love the bank, but the app not so much!

Sooo soo sick and tired of having to reset my password that somehow magically stops working to log me in online and mobile when I havent changed it at all. I went to check my balance and it was like the app had totally reset itself, my username was not saved as it normally is and it gives a notice that says to use mobile banking you must first do some security things in online banking which makes no sense because I have been using mobile banking! Just frustrated and considering switching banks.
