The charger is showing blue light , but the app shows the charger is offline. And their customer care never picks up the call even after being on hold for more than 30 mins.

Pathetic application, does not work most of the time. They are not responding tonuser ticket properly and the billing pdf is not being generated nor does it show the GST amount charged in the charging session summary. My refund is pending for weeks now, the otp is not being generated for then login.
