I have been using this app since very long time initually they respond on time but now since last more than a year they have down graded their services and now stopped resolving query and reply of any of ur mail. they have closed service for customer care number. All over it has been the worst app I hv ever seen if u stuck in somewhere they are not there to help u or support u so I strongly suggest pls pls pls pls don't ever use this app there are so many other options out pls look for better.

Edit: Viewing our external investment thing totally sucks with finity. The external portfolio shown to me confused me so much. Rest all is good. I am using Finity app for my mutual fund purchases. This app rocks. I couldn't find Direct plans in other apps but i could find it here. The best part about this app is .. we can download certificate for tax deduction as proof of investment. Love this app !!!
