In android I can't refresh on schedule, can refresh in schedule only on apple app please fix that for me.

Not at all what I thought it be or expected. I went through the background process which came back by Checkr that I hand four or five sanctions of driving privileges which I know for a fact it wrong because 3 1/2 years I was where you couldn't drive so how did I get this sanction when I wasn't even around area? Not to mention this never came up on prior checks tell now why now? Still waiting for them to make a choice if they hiring me been week 4! They could of been more sympathetic and tried

I have been using the app for the past 2 to 3 weeks, and haven't able to do nothing with the app, literally I have a notification with a block in my phone, in milliseconds a go to the app and it literally disappeared in seconds, is like there's no blocks. I have contact support multiple times and the say just refresh the app, absolutely no fixing with this, guys fix your app please 🤷

Horrible I see that im not the only one. I constantly get notifications about open shifts but I can never schedule a shift, I've tried every time within secs of receiving a notification that shifts are available to schedule or pick up a shift but there is never a shift posted I've contacted customer service about this issue & everytime they tell me the same thing to refresh the screen to pull down on the available block screen and hold for 2 secs to refresh. HOW!!!! WHEN THAT IS NOT AN OPTION

I wouldn't recommend these people for anyone looking for a side gig. The warehouse can remove your block and give it to a preferred driver they like and tell you the volume is low. Their app is not user-friendly

This app is good, I use it, the branch card is wonderful, I get to pick which Warehouse I want to go to and what routes I want... Get paid the same day after completing routes it's a lot of walking and not all elevators work in every apartment complex but the 2-hour window that they give you is where you can work it just don't ever cancel a gig in the app less than 6 hours prior to the start time

They deactivated my app for making a mistake. On paying me late Then making an excuse for it, and on top of that probably cause I haven't drove for them in 2 weeks because of it......This is definitely. Its not like DoorDash or roadie, or any other company that I've driven for. Although you're not exactly an employee, they expect you to pick up when they want you to pick up. Otherwise they'll deactivate your account.... sad right?

Have to go through support to get paid and have to use their own service for payments. App is glitchy must be restarted constantly. Claimed blocks get constantly canceled due to "low volume" Also got penalized for being a few minutes late completing my very first delivery. In app training video doesn't work. Complete joke of a "service". Will enjoy watching them go bankrupt.

I arrive early for my first delivery, never got the chance to deliver nor did I get paid for waiting almost an hour. Decided to try again today since the block I chose went up to $70, which I needed. Still never got the opportunity to deliver. I will try one more time and if not, I'll try other delivery gigs
