For ex...Im currently staying in AZ to deal with some issues so i didnt want to have all my $$ in my acct it is holiday season, scams / fraud...but main reason is without fail my card always gets froze bcuz of fraud so to be safe I got cashiers cks. Wrong again. My chks are over the amount to do a mobile dep. Ugh. Very frustrating! I could deposit ck thru ATM @ co-op but can't get $$ until chk clears. Mon is Vet Day. |

| 2022-05-29 |  | | This app royally sucks. Im getting fed up with it. I deposit checks on mobile app used to clear same day or next day. Now takes few days or more. Half the time i cant even check my balance its been saying error your banking credentials have been blocked and etc. Also have the time it says my passcode is incorrect and when I try to log on so many times it blocks my account. When I know I entered my passcode right. I hate this app and this bank!! |

| 2021-06-09 |  | | Initially (many years ago), the CSCU app was cumbersome and ungainly to use. BUT the app has been streamlined and fine tuned over the years and is now very easy to use. Everything is easy to find and navigate through. About as straightforward as you can imagine. |

Well I've been banking with this bank for the last 8 years and I was lazy about using the website after battling with WF. READ THE REVIEWS I can't stress this one simple step BEFORE installing ANY app I wasted a few hours trying to inroll to online mobile banking and I knew it wasn't me but I kept re entertaining my info over and over, it SUCKS |
| 2021-04-12 |  | | App doesn't work right. Is often unavailable, doesn't show me messages when I get email alerts about messages in my secure inbox. App also tells me "user not found" after I'm already logged into my account when I click on the tab to set up bill pay. |
