Often tells you they have sent a notification which doesn't arrive. Sometimes when you click on the notification straight away it times you out. There is zero incentive for it to be better since you have to use it to login. As the only game in town for EBS customers, we're stuck with this glitchy app.

Dreadful. On many occasions I have failed to receive the authenticator on my phone and this can happen on multiple occasions in a row. Very frustrating. I have accounts with other banks and have never had a problem.
