Recent reviews

EDIT: now downgraded to one lonely star 1. EVgo's newest sites don't appear in app, for many users not just me. So I can't use app to start & monitor. 2. NFC start doesn't work. 3. New promotional notifications from app can't be turned off, have to turn off ALL notifications. 4. Map is very slow to load. Don't reply here telling me to call in and report, I've already tried that and gotten nowhere. If you want to have a SENIOR staffer discuss, you have my contact info. EDIT: all still problems!

If only it were simply the case that many of their chargers are out of order, or the ones that do work cost twice as much as the competition. But the app has started constantly spamming me with push notification ads ever few days, even though I have then turned off in settings. Zero stars. Deleted the app and I'll find other places to charge until this is fixed.
