This is one of the most frustrating apps to set up. I don't get it why the procedure had to be this long and cumbersome. And still after waiting for 2hours for a prompt, it still couldn't finish the set up. This app is not user friendly.

Very poor services.. For a whole year I have been trying activate my visa card for online payments. Till date it's just the same story send this send that. Honestly I would recommend this bank to my worst enemy.. Very pathethic
