Don't install this app. I had an 11:30 AM appointment but didn’t receive a call. Despite messaging the doctor directly, or by trying to reach oDoc using the app, webchat, WhatsApp, and calling the hotline four times, I received no response at all. I even sent an email and waited an hour. Finally, at 12:49pm I was informed the doctor rescheduled to 6pm. The oDoc team didn’t even bother to notify me in advance or to respond to my msgs or calls. They don't care about clients. Only greedy for money
