Installiert aber funktioniert gar nicht, immer aktiviert und warte für die Rekorde, ist das echt eine App für Nutzen?

It crashes all the time. When I start the app, it closes itself. When I call the number recommended, I was waiting in line for more than 30mins and then it got cut off without being able to speak to a customer service. I can't call via the in-app contact, as the app crashes when I try to open it???
