I'm having constant issues with accessing the app, it's logging me in and then immediately crashes. Asking me to use secure sign but my secure sign app is also on my phone. Nevertheless when I click the securesign link, nothing happens. Super frustrating and constantly delays my bills to be paid. You'd imagine with these funds there'd be something better available.

Push notification for debit/ credit movements does not work. If it wasn't for that, app would have been great.

App is mostly okay but sometimes it just won't refresh. My connection is stable and there is no feedback in the app whatsoever. Recently I lost money because of this because I meant to cancel a subscription and only saw the invoices days later since my account balance just wouldn't refresh. As a software engineer I find this quite embarrassing and someone should definitely fix this to at least introduce some feedback regarding the connectivity but ideally increase the reliability & query speed.

Recently, the devs have fixed some long-standing bugs, such as not updating the account balance, error fetching transactions, error fetching credit card transactions, janky log-in transitions, or the 'payment' button which wouldn't appear unless the app is minimized and restarted. The app does what it's supposed to do. If the quality further improves, I will change my rating to 5/5.

I never leave bad reviews because it's usually not worth my time... But I -have- to use this app! It's slow as molasses and the UX is horrendous. I feel like there are way too many redundant panels. Each time the app needs to chit chat with the server, it takes ages and sometimes the content doesn't even load. Also, why break UX conventions? Pressing "back" should bring me back to the previous screen, not throw me out of the app! I have much more to say but I'm at 500 characters...

The banking package is okay (and allows power of attorney access, unlike Yuh or Neon), but the app is jankier than other alternatives. The authentication requires a separate app and does not always work. The navigation and push notification handling are incoherent (sometimes the destination page is blank or does not load) and the back state is incoherent. Transaction states are not translated well in English, e.g. incoming payments going months back appear as "clearing payment".

Update: I have previously uninstalled/reinstalled and again now following your recommendations - to no avail. It still tells me that my secure sign app is not installed when it is. Super annoying. One day you can sign in with no issues, the next it doesn't recognise the Secure Sign extension and is asking to re-install it, then another day it's all good again. Please sort this out. Otherwise, it generally serves it's purpose.

The app is not the worst, but it is slow, there are constant problems with the logging process. the interface is not intuitive for example big blue button that says "Pay" but if you will click on it while preparing transfer it will restart your progress. But in the end it is nice that the app exists and you can make some basic operations with it.
