| 2023-04-21 |  | | First time using, and for some odd reason, it took out $11.88 more than I authorized. It's showing up as late fees/other on the app. I wasn't late, and it can't take out more unless I authorize it, so I'm thinking they charge $11.88 to pay through the app??? I'm so clueless and upset. |
