The app lately is incredibly slow. Like 10 minutes to sign in. I often can't find doctors in the app because the Find Care page never loads. Also when trying to find certain types of docs, you have to answer a bunch of questions first. Then it displays 4 "matches." If you click one of the profiles to learn about the provider, you can't go back to the same list. You have to go thru the process and answer the questions the same way to get the same matches. It's dumb.

The Girliedrummer, 2025-02-01Can not sync to MyFitnessPal or Fitbit. I've read every help file, followed all instructions to the letter, reinstalled all apps and ran through the instructions, again to the letter, more than a dozen times over the last month. After hours of trying, I realized that just don't want you to be able to earn rewards.
