Edit: They answered to my ticket after 2 months and fixed the issue. Original post: After few months of usage without any problem my balance was reset to 0 eur from around 22 eur 2 weeks ago. Nothing new in my charging history so my account was not used by someone else. The balance changed over night. I wrote to support but I have no answer after 2 weeks. Now I'm also afraid that my credit card which was saved in my account it's as well compromised.
