Taking money but no service or response

It's been 4 months since then their GPS is not working. They send their engineer whenever I call but that guy can't fix a thing. He had came multiple times but still couldn't make GPS work. My car is in my parking and their GPS is showing it's location in south Pacific Ocean! They make you buy their annual subscription but their GPS won't work a day. They don't even have any coustomer complaint email address to reach them. Customer service is totally 0. Would never recommend this to anyone.
