I used to use this app on a weekly basis for the last 2 months I have not been able to access. Yes I've erased the app and re-download more than i can count or care to admit. It still says "failure to access authentication service" Don't waste your time with this app. It doesn't work and apparently since it's been months Bakers/Kroger ain't interested in fixing it.

App stopped working a month ago on my android. However, it still worked on my husband's android until a week ago. We're both receiving unable to authenticate errors. Uninstalled & reinstalled failed to correct the issue. Unable to locate Kroger tech support for assistance. Attempted to speak with tech support. Nearly 30 minutes left on hold with obnoxiously high pitched music. Support claimed they were escalating but refused to listen. Sitting on eternal hold is cruel & lacks care.
