AXIS Companion Classic app for easy and intuitive surveillance.

AXIS Companion Classic provides instant and secure access to your AXIS Companion version 3 video surveillance system through an easy and intuitive interface. This app enables you to remotely view and manage your cameras, store and share images or videos of interest, and respond instantly to calls from Axis intercoms. For optimal functionality, Android 6 or later is recommended. Initial system setup is required via a free PC-client available at www.axiscompanion.com. Note that Android TV support is limited to NVIDIA SHIELD TV running Android 6 or above.

After working flawlessly for years, this App does not work. Even after updates. This is a material degradation to the Axis value proposition. WARNING: Don't let Axis support blame it on your camera. They caused me to brick my cam with their advice. Do not try to restore your cam remotely.

Most of the Camera features cannot be controlled by this oem app. In fact you can control Axis Camera more in Tinycam app. like voice clips and many more features. The launch new apps and as usual old camera is not supported which forcing buyers to upgrade for no reason.
