Time saved and in and out lunch breaks the app didn't saved the time. When applying the questions pushed saved and at the end of the day it was not saved. Sometimes don't and most of the it does.

My rating for this app is a -3 Im not sure what is going on with this app, but i am extremely disapointed. If i didnt have to use this app for work. I would delete it, & never think about using it again. And trying to talk to a human that can help with the issues is almost imposible. It is very upsetting, & sad that we can not actually get someone on the phone to help with such important issues. I would rate this app, as -3 if such rating was avalible.

This application is the bane of my existence. It requires constant high-speed internet access to merely navigate the menus. So instead being able to navigate menus seamlessly I spend anywhere between 30 seconds and 5 minutes waiting for it to respond while simply navigating menus. Instead of doing everything locally until your ticket is done and uploading EVERYTHING AT ONCE, it instead makes NON-HOURLY-PAID employees wait around NOT MAKING MONEY while it updates the server

It's the absolute worst app to have your job depend on. Constant internet issues, from logging in, taking and uploading photos, opening the app in general, opening documents, performing the job overall, is nearly impossible without running into some kind of issue. I can not express myself any clearer than this. I hate this app; it makes me hate my job.

This is the worst app I had ever used. Constantly having issues not uploading work and or just stopped working and have to reinstall and loose all work data for the day. (Update) ASM IT has worked diligently to correct the mobile app issues while offline. The communication was responsive and action was taken to correct the problems.

Latest update 05/2020: It looks as if you need to delete the old app when you update. Otherwise you can open and login under both apps. (Old)Must re-enter your time for any changes. Locks up quite often. Latest update makes the print so large it doesn't fit the screen and locks up. 5-28-19 Update: there are many issues this app has already, so let's add 1 more... now each time I log in it says I need to update, which takes me to the open/ uninstall screen, meaning I have already updated it....

You need to update! It has a lot of bugs. It should not be that hard to go from one screen to the other or to upload pictures. Also, the calendar needs to be updated. When you schedule or reschedule, it should pull up the actual calendar, so that you can verify the day/ date without having to hit the back button and start all over.

This is not a user friendly app with my samsung phone! It always shuts itself down & i need to revert back to original clock in time. Every job. Mostly it will bring back time,however questions answered & pictures added will be gone. frustrating enough, need to use phones camera then attach photos from gallery. everything else i use on my phone is affected. Cant have email open while Jet app is open.My phone is a month old & it performs slow/ bogged down.i know jet is the reason my Moto 7 died.

Really slow loading and hard to use. A key describing the symbols would be very helpful. It either takes a long time to load or it doesn't load at all. This causes issues as it is how we clock in and out of work and for lunch. There is also no way to delete old emails once they have been read.

Hard to use, not user friendly. I completely understand how to use it. It is just not user friendly. The jobs should be able to drag n drop on the calendar without specifying a time it is super hard and annoying trying to reschedule stuff, also adding mileage is harder than necessary. Oh and add an unschedule button to completely unschedule a job not just reschedule.
